नई दिल्ली, उज्जवल इण्डिया डेस्क। अर्थव्यवस्था के मोर्चे पर अच्छी खबर आयी है। भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 6.39 अरब डॉलर की वृद्धि के साथ 642.492 अरब डॉलर पहुंच गया। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने शुक्रवार को यह जानकारी दी। पिछले हफ्ते यह 10.47 अरब डॉलर की ऊंची छलांग लगाकर 636.095 अरब डॉलर के स्तर पर पहुँच गया था। इस तरह पिछले दो हफ्तों में भारत के विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार में करीब 16.86 अरब डॉलर का इजाफा हुआ है।
उच्चतम स्तर के करीब भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार
आपको बता दें, भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार अब उच्चतम स्तर के करीब पहुंच गया है। अक्टूबर, 2021 में देश का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 645 अरब डॉलर के सर्वकालिक उच्च स्तर पर पहुंच गया था। हालाँकि कोरोना महामारी और रूस यूक्रेन युद्ध जैसी वैश्विक चुनौतियों के चलते रुपये की गिरावट को थामने के लिए रिज़र्व बैंक ने विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार का उपयोग किया, जिससे इसमें कमी आई थी। हालाँकि अब यह दुबारा उसी स्तर के करीब पहुँच गया है।
फॉरेन करेंसी एसेट्स में भारी इजाफा, गोल्ड रिज़र्व भी बढ़ा
रिजर्व बैंक के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, 15 मार्च को समाप्त सप्ताह में विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार का अहम हिस्सा मानी जाने वाली विदेशी मुद्रा आस्तियां (फॉरेन करेंसी एसेट्स) 6.034 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 568.386 अरब डॉलर हो गईं। वहीँ स्वर्ण आरक्षित भंडार का मूल्य 42.5 करोड़ डॉलर बढ़कर 51.14 अरब डॉलर हो गया।
इसके अलावा इस दौरान एसडीआर में भी बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली, जो कि 6.5 करोड़ डॉलर बढ़कर 18.276 अरब डॉलर हो गया है। उधर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्राकोष (आईएमएफ) के पास भारत का आरक्षित जमा (फॉरेक्स रिजर्व) 12.9 करोड़ डॉलर बढ़कर 4.689 अरब डॉलर हो गया है।
